Getting There
We recommend flying in early afternoon on Friday the 20nd and leaving
in the early evening on Sunday the 22nd. This will give you plenty of
time to enjoy both the event and the city!

Where To Stay

The Marriott Marquis Hotel: (3 ½ star) $475+
Spare no expense and stay on-location at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square,
the venue of the AIESEC US 50th Anniversary Gala. Book at the Marquis.
Hotel Qt: (3 star) $400-$450/room/night
For those of you who want to stay close to all of the action, but without dishing
out so much dough, Hotel Qt is the place to be! Its located across Times Square
from the Marriott Marquis. Book at the Qt.
Paramount Hotel: (3 ½ star) $300-$350/room/night
For those who want to save on cash, but not give up the stylin' hotel rooms of NYC
or easy access to all of the weekend events, the Paramount Hotel is a great choice!
Book at the Paramount.
Portland Square Hotel: (2 star) $200-$250/room/night
This hotel is perfect for those of you that like to walk a few blocks in dress shoes.
About a half a mile from Times Square, the Portland Square Hotel is close enough
to the location of the 50th Anniversary Gala, but is relatively cheaper than other
options.

St. James Hotel-Times Square: (2 star) $175-$200/room/night
For those of you on a
budget, the St. James Hotel in Times Square is the cheapest option on the market!!
Located a block from the Gala Venue, you can dance and not have to worry about a
long stumble back to your hotel. Book at the St. James.
