Russ Gerson has more than 20 years of executive search experience and has successfully
completed over 400 search assignments. Prior to launching The Gerson Group, he founded
A.T. Kearney Executive Search’s Global Financial Markets Practice. Mr. Gerson also
founded the London office of The Whitney Group, the U.S. office of Baines Gwinner,
and the financial services practice for Webb Johnson. Mr. Gerson has a BBA in Business
Administration from the University of Michigan.

David is the founder of the Momentum Project, an organization whose mission is to help individuals, organizations, and companies build and sustain powerful momentum to achieve their goals. David is currently launching the Young International Leaders Organization (YILO), an organization dedicated to bringing the cutting-edge research of Positive Psychology to young leaders worldwide. Prior to founding the Momentum Project and his work with YILO, David was the director of Learning and Development at Yahoo! Inc. in Sunnyvale, California. David is a graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in Economics. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff Popiel, is currently the Vice President of Geotech Environmental Equipment Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of environmental groundwater sampling, monitoring and remediation equipment. Prior to his work with Geotech, Jeff was a Director for AIESEC International 95-96, worked for AIESEC United States from 93-95, and was involved at the local committee at the University of Colorado between 1990 and 1993.

Sarah has recently founded sweetriot, a socially responsible company that makes tasty chocolates. Prior to founding sweetriot, Sarah worked at Yahoo! on launching products, developing brand positioning, building customer communication plans, and creating loyalty strategies. She also served on Yahoo!'s corporate charitable giving board, led in MBA recruiting at Harvard, and created a corporate wide initiative to support women's career advancement at the firm. Sarah has an MBA from Harvard Business School and BBA from The University of Michigan.
Peter Stewart

Peter is currently the Director of Global Product Management for Premiere Global Services where he drives end-to-end product line strategy and partnerships for web conferencing and collaboration products. Prior to his current position, he drove wireless data product management at Nextel Communications as the market took off for wireless email (BlackBerrys) and text messaging. Peter also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting specializing in emerging internet technologies. Peter earned a BS Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Through Customer Passion LLC, Joe works with businesses to improve their ability to deliver an experience that drives customer loyalty, profitability, and word of mouth marketing. Before Customer Passion, Joe was Manager of Client Information Services for Marsh & McLennan Companies, a $12 billion, Fortune 500 company. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Certificate in International Business from the University of Wisconsin where he graduated with Distinction.

Adam is currently a Managing Partner at SilverKey Technologies, an international web and development company with offices in Egypt, India, and the US. Prior to that, he founded and still owns TechAngels, a computer support company that provides onsite and remote computer help to homes and businesses. Adam graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.

Rickesh Kishnani serves as Vice-President of Business Development for TravelHook, a technology firm that works with the world’s leading online travel agents to offer targeted promotions to consumers. Earlier in his career, Rickesh held positions at Trilogy International and the Princeton Review. Rickesh holds a Bachelors degree with a dual concentration in Economics and Organizational Management from the University of Michigan.
